Sure: It's the image of the rich American blonde and fake girl with no style in a foreign country who drinks the one and only Coca-Cola.
I don't believe in this cliché as long as I don't see this pic. It looks like a caricature of the USA.

He makes fun of her in a tongue n' cheek way. He's great publicity for her considering he gets about 5 million hits a day. So even if he's just commenting on her where abouts in a teasing way it works out well for her. As far as I see it with Paris she benefits from everything even jail. It's ridiculous.
