In all honesty, if her surname wasn't Hilton, she wouldn't have been this successful and she certainly wouldn't have been able to put her foot in the door...It's the whole rich girl scandals that she is famous for.

Fashion Passion - Nikki Haskell sent me this picture yesterday of her and Paris and Nicky Hilton taken Sunday night at the Golden Globes. Nikki has known the sisters since they were babies.

I must say the Hilton girls show a little more know-how in the best-dressed department than a lot of the get-ups on that night’s Red Carpet. They’ve come a long way, baby.

That's so stupid to say. Of course her name helped her. Paris herself has acknowledged this. Most people in the entertainment industry are where they are because of their name/who they know. Majority of the successful actors already had family in the industry. But look at the nice little brand Paris has built for herself, whether you like her or not, or agree with what she's done, you must admit she has used her name wisely. Paris is a success away from her family's business. PARIS HILTON is a brand itself. She isn't leeching off of Hilton Hotels.

Anyway, she is look really nice lately. I'd say she's coming back into the spotlight for sure. Looking forward to The World According to Paris!
