Paris Hilton and her new man Josh Upshaw share a passionate kiss while frolicking in the ocean together on Sunday afternoon (July 27) in Malibu, Calif.

The 33-year-old heiress first met Josh, 28, last Thursday night while attending a party in West Hollywood, according to E! Online.

“He’s so nice and sweet,” a source said. “He’s also a little older so that’s good for Paris.”

If you were wondering whatever happened to her former boyfriend River Viiperi, “that ended a while ago,” the source said.
