The dress is not a disaster, but combination of the hat and sandals kills it. Paula tried to put together a cute and different outfit, but it just doesn't work.
I don't think she purposely intended for her bra to show like that. The dress is not that style-- it's more for a smaller (or very firm) busted woman who can go bra less. But yes, she's so much better then this...

^ Beautiful photos. Paula should loosen up and give in to a little bit of bra and panty shots. After all, she's young and should capitalize while people are still interested--and it can all be done tastefully.

I've read the interview before--it sounds like she's in tune to "big brother watching". I would love for her write a book about her inner thoughts and journeys.
