Personal Must-Haves for S/S 06

hmm.. let's see. for now, my must-haves for S/S'06 are:
+ city shorts
+ navy blue 'n white striped tees (nautical chic )
+ cropped jacket in a neutral shade (off-white would be good)
+ skinny jeans
+ dresses! (shirt-dresses, empire-line frocks in floaty fabrics) these can also be layered over the skinny jeans *yay*
+ great shoes (preferably ballet flats, pointy-toed pumps)

If you're talking about the one with the black roses around it, thats for sure Marc Jacobs. But if youre talking about the long sleeved one, I would guess Imitation of Christ by the looks of the runway, but I'm probably wrong.

Yep, I meant the long-sleeved one ... it's just gorgeous. The pleating reminds me of Celine this spring. I'm assuming an indie designer from the setting ... I seriously doubt Imitation of Christ has ever done anything that good

I'm going to try and find some nice wide-bottomed trousers, maybe even sailor legs, for casual with flats. I've been pushing the anti skinny-jean movement since last autumn! I'm gonna look for an alternative to the thick, warm mod and shift dresses I've been wearing all winter, probably just cotton ones! at least im consistent. Also some shirt-dresses would be nice, a good trench too. I'm not very good at summer dressing.

My thoughts as well. I am on a mad-hunt for wide legged pants and the perfect white shirt dress...

I still do want a pair of wooden sandals, but the gladiator thing I've been doing for a while.

Usually, when I see something, and then I go home and can't keep my mind off of it, then I go back and buy it - so maybe I'll just stick with that angle this summer.

Ohh...and I want some nice, thin cashmere....mmmmmmmmm

semi round semi pointy toe pumps (im not sure what that style is called, but its a round toe, but just a little bit pointy)
airy knits / sweaters in both long and short sleeves
empire waist dresses and blouses
skinny cropped black pants
loose fitting white shirts
a pair of red shoes
