you'd be suprised how junkies find money and feed their habbits. Plus he's famous so it can be easier to get people to give you drugs. Might also be part of his ex girlfriend's resentment towards him since junkies often use and abuse other people's money and posessions.

pete has had at least 1 #1 single in england and maybe more.
he has been playing up to THREE gigs a night over the last few months.
he has plenty of money.
and in the past when he didnt he stole stuff from carl & others to get his fixes.
and kate has loads of dosh too, obvs.

Pete is very successful, The Libertines are one of the biggest brittish bands of the past two years (even though he got kicked out it was him that made them what they were) and his reacent band babyshambles is very popular also.

He just doesn't have much sense ... and I agree he is ugly

THESE chilling photographs show supermodel Kate Moss's junkie boyfriend Pete Doherty smoking a fix of heroin.

Heating foil with a lighter, the 25-year-old former Libertines frontman eagerly "chases the dragon" as he inhales the drug in a North London recording studio.
​

The sordid scenes were captured on video on the day the self-confessed heroin and crack cocaine addict failed to appear in court for possessing a knife, claiming to be unwell.
​

The picture will strike new terror into the heart of Kate's worried friends and family, including ex-love Jefferson Hack - the father of their daughter Lila Grace, two.
​

The film was taken by award-winning documentary maker Max Carlish, 38, who spent seven month's with Doherty's new band Babyshambles. Max said: "Taking heroin is integral to Pete's music making. Two or three times he would come out of the studio and smoke heroin, just liking having a cigarette. No one batted an eyelid. I want to shock Pete into getting help. He's got many real friends like me who are terrified about what he is doing to himself. I hope that when he sees the pictures, he will realise that he needs help." Max added: "Pete is tempting heroin to kill him, but believes he can beat it. He's constantly daring himself and others to go further."

In the tawdry scenes, filmed on August 10, Pete turns up at the Kensal Green recording studio at midnight and quickly escapes to a side room to smoke his heroin fix. In drugtaking parlance, heating powdered heroin on a piece of foil and inhaling the fumes is called "chasing the dragon".
​

Not content with the one fix and cans of Carling beer, pasty-faced Pete goes to the room three more times. At one stage, drunk and drugged-up Pete strips down to his white Y-fronts and steps into a bath with two girls and a man clutching a can of beer. Together, they sing a chorus of the Beatles' anthem Let It Be.
​

In one eerie scene the wayward singer, who spends £1,000 a day on his habit, is heard muttering that he won't end up the same way as Nirvana Kurt Cobain who committed suicide in 1994 after battling heroin addiction.
​

Later in the film Doherty brags about how he got off a jail sentence for possessing a flick knife. "Justice was done. I turned on the tear works and it worked," he says.
​

Last night the Sunday Mirror was exclusively told how Doherty encouraged a girlfriend to turn to prostitution to help fund his habit. The 21-year-old blonde - whose name we are protecting - became so hooked she had sex with other men to help fund Doherty's habit.
​

The tawdry story was revealed by social worker Cherilyn Russell, 33, who spent two months hanging out with Doherty at a flat above a Ladbrokes bookies in Stepney, East London.
​

She said: "I was there when Pete bought a woman around. He said she was his girlfriend. She was blonde and only 21. She was really fresh-faced and looked a bit out of place.
​

"Pete was skint so I knew she would be in danger. I saw him inject her with heroin. She had never had a hit before, she was so taken by him that she just went along with it.
​

"Throughout it he was shouting and swearing at her - he was really aggressive. He treated her like sh*t. A while after he injected her a Turkish man came into the flat. He had a lot of cash on him, he said he had just done a robbery. Pete's eyes lit up. The girl went over to the man and started to stroking him and she touched his privates. Pete was really enjoying it. In the end she went off to the toilet with the man." Cherilyn said she felt so sick by what she said she witnessed that she left the flat.

She said: "The girl was slurring her words and really unsteady on her feet. I felt sick. All Pete and his mates cared about was drugs, you could be dead and they would step over you to get their drugs. That is how bad they are. I feel really sorry for that young woman. In the end he dropped her and she managed to get out."
​

Yet supermodel Kate has boasted to pals she's fallen headed-over-heels for Doherty who she describes as "really good looking ... and really dangerous".
​

The pair have become inseparable since falling for each other at her 31st birthday party earlier this month at her £2million Cotswolds home. Pete stayed at her mansion for three days and performed songs by his old band The Libertines at the bash. He has since had a tattoo of a red heart with a K on it.
​

But Kate's former partner Jefferson was said to have told Kate: "You're insane." Jefferson, 32, who split with Kate last year, reportedly warned he will fight for sole custody of their daughter if Doherty goes near the child.
​

And closest pal Sadie Frost has reportedly said: "Pete's not the sort of guy you wish for for your best friend. Kate has had a history of partying hard and the idea of the two of them together would be a terrible idea.
​

Pete is very wild." But the defiant supermodel has vowed to continue the affair.

It's really scarry what junkies will do. I don't worry-feel sorry for kate though. I'm sure in her travels and the scene's she's played she's enountered many function or semi-functional junkies like Pete and know's the type. I think she's well aware what he's all about and is making her own choices.
