If anyone has a WireImage account (don't know how it works) -- I'd love to see bigger images!

Sorry they're so small - but from what I can tell I like the direction his work is going...

its a strange thing to look at his work
on the one hand you feel as if you could be stumbling upon an amazing find at a vintage store--on the other hand, it seems distinctly contemporary (at least to me)

These are really nice pieces. They stand on their own. Not over stylized.
Contemporary , yes maybe. However, these could and should be foundations to a wardrobe. Of course not everything, but there are some timeless pieces here.

Gorgeous pieces but I really don't like the material. I think it might be my innate aversion to anything that resembles linen.

You're welcome, Curious
markie - are you able to see the larger photos that came from his website? Those are pretty big

Yeah, just nice, welldone, classic pieces. Reminds me of the thread about French-style wardrobes that are built upon basics with just a few new pieces every year.

His website talks a lot about power, and how well tailored clothes can make a woman feel she has that powerful edge... although I like that he took a more subtle approach to power-dressing [rather than being outright supermasculine or outright superhardedgedlooking], I'm not sure that all of these clothes would make me feel more powerful. Some of them seem nearly mousy. Perhaps in person it would feel/look different

actually i like the mousy aspect quite a bit, sometimes i long for a dress that doesn't make anything of me but that i can make something of ... if that makes any sense?

thank you, cerfas, so brilliant to have you back for a while!
