His "latest lolita thing" started way after he began to flesh out the concept for this film.

This is one of my most-anticipated film releases right now. I think it could go only one of two ways: be highly original, sophisticated, and eerily, elgantly visually pleasing; or it could simply flop. I don't think this kind of film from this sort of director could find itself in any sort of grey area.

This was supposed to come out like 2 years ago no? I remember an ed somewhere with Lily Cole and Manson for it. Manson is such an embarrassment of a man. Of course he would play the Lewis Carroll role; it feeds his megalomania. And he is with Evan who's a 'little girl' in his mind, so he is Carroll. This man brings the lulz whenever I read/see him.

as far as i know things are somewhat at a standstill with production. there was a rumour going round last year that production had actually halted but that was subsequently dispelled by manson.
