I think Phoebe looks much better with brunette hair she looks more striking and gorgeous.

But with blonde hair her face is still very sweet but she looks more older and plainer.

I really liked seeing Phoebe in a different show apart from H20 she is a good actress and she looked really pretty in Packed to the Rafters.

Phoebe said on her twitter the dark hair was just temporary she just wanted to experience a different hair colour it looks like she dyed her eyebrows too.

But I think she looks so beautiful when she has dark hair and she has nice eyebrows too

Pheebz is in the new Australian film called "Tomorrow, when the war began" based on a best selling novel by John Marsdens.
