i havent thrown anything out yet and i hope i never. cos i know i would regret it. i regretted cutting some of my mags.

I agree with some of your comments. In the pictures I posted there doesn't look as if I have loads. But I am trying to create space and places for my magazines to go. I have a pile of Vogue Paris and Vogue Italia on my desk.. and recent issues that I have just bought, and the desk is starting to break.. I need somewhere to put them. I don't like the idea of them on a bookcase.. because I like to see the covers on my desk. My parents joked about selling them, or throwing them away. Which would seriously never happen.

^ my parents kept telling me to put them in boxes but i dun like to have them hidden. i like to put them facing up and beside my bed and on the floor. so it has kind of became a running joke among my friends who come to my house, that i sleep with many girls every night.

I feel so bad looking at people's collection, mine is extremely poor
I'll increase it this year, but my collection will only be like taben's, vogue28's in 10 years I don't even have place to keep them, now they're in a table next to my bed for me to read them before sleep

^ I don't have that many, but the first fashion magazine I bought was Vogue Italia July 2006 with Hilary Rhoda on the cover, so I didn't start so long ago... Before you know it you'll have more magazines than you can count

My first one was a FW06 cover with Jessica Stam, British Vogue. It was such a BORING issue...

My parents joked about selling them, or throwing them away. Which would seriously never happen.

Over time, my parents have become totally fed up with the innumerable ten-foot tall towers of boxes I have (about 20 years of magazines) and they really pressurise me to sell/dispose of them. They threaten to throw them out, all the time.

In 2008, I wasn't in one place long enough to seriously sort them out, and of course, subconsciously you also don't want to, because they're your beloved magazines (and more than that, all the memories that go with them).

I really procrastinate about it, so one of my resolutions for 2009 should be to sort this out (and ASF, if you're reading, you've been waiting that long, I'll send you some mags for free, post paid and all).
