ROYAL WEDDING
Photos: Chelsy Davy vs. Pippa Middleton
Prince Harry smiled at one during the ceremony and sat with the other at the reception. And while lissome Pippa’s got a longtime beau, and hourglass Chelsy’s been the apple of Harry’s eye forever, there was no stopping the tsunami of speculative tweets about a showdown between London’s answer to Jackie and Marilyn. We compared the two tabloid favorites—good friends on the Chelsea nightclub circuit in real life—for his edification.

Her Look: Jackie-esque—Dukan-diet physique, blemish-free complexion, styled like an Ann Taylor LOFT mannequin. Always looks as though she spent 45 minutes on her eyeliner. A devotion to tanning—spray, bottle, bed, or beach, we know not—the younger Middleton is the color of caramel cake frosting. Her arms are very yoga.

Her Weekend Is Spent: Shopping on the high street with Mum; making rounds at charity events and swishy clubs; attending weddings in the countryside. On the nightlife scene, she crosses paths with Chelsy, with whom she is reportedly much closer than is her duchess sister.

Moment of Scandal! Dancing sans top! Days after the royal wedding was over, a photograph of Pippa shirtless in a purple bra circulated online; she’s shown here having not quite as good a time, in a festive toilet-paper getup.

There are a few people who crit the way her and her sister dress... you have to understand a little about British high society to understand why you dont see them looking more cutting edge! Basically for them to wear more edgy fashion would just not be appropriate in the social circles this kind of girl operates in. They can like any of us have a bad day... no matter who we are we all have them. Also some of the crit is voiced on personal photographs of the girl just out enjoying herself with her family and friends. We don't have to dress up all the time do we! Yes they may dress less cutting edge than say peaches geldof who is of a similar age... but there is a reason for it... they have class!

but there is a reason for it... they have class!

She only acts classy when the cameras are around. It sure wasn't classy when she got photographed topless in Ibiza or when she made a mini dress out of toilet paper, oh and it sure wasn't classy when she dirty danced around in just a bra and skirt. I'm sure we all can be classy with the right training, but most women I know also have a raunchy streak. It just depends on how and when you let it out. ;) I think Pippa does it when it convenient for her and the publicity.

 well you have a very restrictive view of being "classy". Michelle Obama takes down a Middleton's sister anytime on and off the red carpet and she is an incredibly classy and respectful Lady with stellar resume and great sense of style but let's talk about people who share the same birth's year than Pippa. When I look at Pippa's Middleton style what I see is "trying to hard to look chic/aristocrat" and failing miserably. That's what her clothes screams to me especially when she borrows the Duchess' ones. No we don't have to dress up all the time, that's for sure. Look at Kate Bosworth, Mélanie Laurent, Emily Blunt, they have the same age as Pippa Middleton's, they aren't trashy yet they still manage to look their age. She has all the time in the world to look 35+

As for the Duchess she is 29 years old, someone needs to compare her, not to lady di who was married at 19 but to current 29 years old people we see in the spotlight. Look at Abbie Cornish, Jessica Biel, Kristen Kreuk, Sophia Bush or Clémence Poésy. I don't think those women are trashy, I don't think they lack class .. they only look their age.

I don't know if I love the last outfit but I like it..I am not keen on the shoes though but It's def a step up compared to some years ago. That's the beauty of fashion and personal style, we evolve :)

Maybe I sound prudish or too America...but I am shocked at the pics of her with her breasts out and William is right behind her on that boat in Ibiza. And she isn't laying face down either!

Anyway, I have to say, I am kind of surprised to see on the cover of so many American mags this week. I bet she is getting offers to pose for editorials all over the place.

Pippa's wearing the same jacket that Kate has...still not sure that I like it with dresses. I think it would be better with jeans. Maybe.

You don't have to dress like the Middleton sisters to have "class", there's plenty of girls out there who are their age and dress classy without having to dress like they are reaching their 40's

I really don't see how they dress like there in their 40's. And how don't see how their dress now means that they are dressing for the camera. And comparing it to party pics of her at college or before then doesn't tell me that she is now dressing up for the camera.

I agree with you. Also Clemence Poesy is a great example, the girl is classy, yet young and fresh. The Middletons need to learn from her.

I like the last outfit but I think tan shoes would have been better.
