Is her eyeliner tattooed on? Both Pippa and Kate look like they have tattoo/permanent eyeliner on to me.

In this post in Kate's thread, she doesn't have the heavy liner on the lower lid (looks like it stops halfway), so we know at least Kate's isn't tattooed on. They must just use a lot of heavy liner, in the close-ups it looks like it's pencil eyeliner.

I am not surprised, since she gets them for free (other celebs with their own bags carry them everywhere...mentioning no names) but personally I think it's only really suited as part of an office/work look - it looks odd paired with spray-on jeans.

I love the pink on her in the recent candids. Her hair looks great like that too.

I think it's tacky if it's true on her part. But I think she probably genuinely liked the bags and brought the two or three different colours. I can't imagine her wearing them because she was given them like some celebs to do market a brand.
