the march issue of tatler (with leah weller on the cover) is reporting that pippa's eyeliner is actually tattooed on - is that true?

An excellent skier, swimmer, runner and tennis player, Pippa shops at Selfridges' food hall and has her eyeliner tattooed onto her lower eyelid. I don't think so
I don't see any in #40 and #38 Maybe they are being ironic because she's rarely seen without it?

Boy, compared to her other boyfriend's he's not a looker. But maybe he's a great guy and that's all she cares about.

I saw photos of her in that yellow coat on tumblr... People are going gaga over that coat she wore 
I actually hate that look of her, the yellow totally doesn't match her way-too-tanned skin.

Hate the yellow coat and hat disaster too. The only thing I like is the boots but not with that outfit. She looks nice and casual in Switzerland.
