I'm not sure if this is correct or not but I remember reading something last year saying that you couldnt actually purchase the Pirelli Calender and it has to get sent to you or something?

I'm not sure

"Too manipulated," was my initial reaction to the 2004 Pirelli Calendar images. As is often the case with me, I wanted clarity. To see all of who and what was there when the photographer snapped the pic.

Upon my second, third and subsequent looks, however, I think this year's work is amazing. Each image was carefully constructed and at the moment of "perfection," was warped into a trippy perspective of who and what was there.

On www.pirellical.com* there's a 3-part documentary about the 2004 calendar. Being greedy, I still want to see the photos less amorphous also. But what the hell, it makes me think and in the long run that's more interesting. Nick Knight is fantastic.

The Adina (how cool is she) and Liberty Ross shots are brilliant.

*Site requires free sign-up. It takes some navigational learning but is definitely worth it.

 wow, two of my favorite models topless and touching each other...this image is totally wasted on me.
