Here are some other ads featuring gay people:
Rayban "Never hide" campaign (article: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/04/26/ray-ban-never-hide-campaign-gay_n_1456315.html )
HUFFINGTONPOST.COM
Diesel (article: http://www.ohlalaparis.com/ohlalaparis/2006/11/gay_ads_diesel_.html )
OHLALAPARIS.COM
Armani Exchange
GAYGUIDETORONTO.COM
The Kooples

As a man who happens to be homosexual, I hate the idea of an "homosexual market". I feel part of the mens market, not part of a kind of "niche market". Indeed, I do not think your sexuality defines what you buy (with a few exceptions like Aussiebum underwear and the likes). And I'm pretty sure I'll end up buying the same products as any other guy who takes care of what he wears and likes fashion.
Moreover, I tend to consider ads featuring homosexual rather unappealing since they mostly seem to be here to provoke. IMO, only The Kooples managed to do something that didn't look too forced or try-hard.
In conclusion, two guys kissing will definitely not make me buy products for a brand. Although, I must say I'm much more keen on subtle "homo-appealing" ads like
