When Harry graduated from Sandhurst? or one of those academys (and Chelsy flew up from uni in Cape Town) he was apparently telling all ofhis mates that his girlfriend [Chelsy] was a knockout and the hottest girl on the plant. So he was obviously quite attracted to her, and they seemed to have the same personality.
