I talked to the store HOlly Golightly yesterday and they experienced this with a lot of the bags from the first collection. Luckily Proenza Schouler should have a lovely repair policy and are able to repair and send it back within one week. I hope that is what Mrs H chooses to do. Cause there aren't any more of my bags online.

awwwww i'm so sorry this happened to you and you were so excited for the bag! it's disappointing considering the price tag...but like someone else mentioned, hopefully it's just the incidental random lemon. hope you get a new one soon!

MrsH got my bag today, and this is the response I got:

Hi Ditte,
we have received your bag today and also discussed this with the Proenza Schouler headquarter, this is how we will solve this:
Your bag will be repaired at the Proenza Schouler factory in Italy. It will be a first class repair. It will take approximately 3 weeks + shipping. The bag will be returned by courier directly to you in Denmark.

We will of course keep you updated if any delays should occur, but Proenza Schouler take this very seriously and will do all they can to speed up the process.
Again we are very sorry that this happened to your bag and the inconvenience this may have caused.

well that's great that they are going to fix it, and you'll get the same bag back...
i know it sucks waiting for it, but hopefully it will be back good as new soon!
