Céline? again? is it just me?

I see Dolce and Gabbana traces, too

unimpressed.

It's better when it's simpler - when they went with the ruffles and embellishments and tying, that's where they lost me. Still, there's some really lovely stuff here.

Much more edited than last season. Nice to see. ^Agree with the bows comment. Not needed. But overall good.

Does feel particularly Céline influenced.
Their stuff always just comes off as so tricky to me. Everything is always loaded up with one too many details or arbitrary construction complications or something...
And their prints are always off, too...too arty but not actually ever particularly strong either? Oh well...

Is it Tai Chi AND Flamenco? I need time to absorb the combination.

wow. they have to be one of the only brands in ny that consistently produces something high quality, innovative and beautiful! i love it! all of the ties are so cool

A lot lighter than last season, but still sort of a continuation in terms of form and embellishment; plus some Spanish influence. Of course not everything works, but there is a lot to choose from. IMO the Proenza Schouler boys are one of the last designers these days to experiment for their runway collections and then send equally good watered-down clothes in stores.
