Push-Up Bras

Is anyone here actually capable of making their breasts look as va-va-voom as the girls in the Victoria’s Secret ads? I know it’s probably more than likely there’s some digital enhancing involved but in real life I see normal people with the most voluptuous looking chests and I envy them I’m not a small chested person (34B), but for some reason, no matter how much padding there is inside the cup, I never get the lift I would like to get.​

And I feel the same way. Really... I see those VS ads, and actually end up buying the same bra, but believe me - I do NOT get the lift and I know that I have bigger breasts than some of those models. I'm not sure what the trick is... but I'd like to know! And I'm not talking about something every day, here... just the once in a while that I'm out for a night out on the town.

i really, really like the new VS biofit bra if anyone is looking to try something new. each cup size has different padding--which is good because i don't like padding so much and the c cup is simply meant to "lift."

it's kind of hilarious they say it goes by your "biology," makes it seem so scientific- I just picture Heidi Klum by a bunson burner

Thanks for your two cents, pointup. I have not tried VS's new Biofit bras... I amy have to give them a shot. I may wait until their next Semi-Annual sale, however...

It doesn't really add much though... If you're looking for the oomph, I think you need those cutlets. I remember in one of the threads (I think it was the small boob appreciation one) there was a picture of one of the VS models with the cutlets and without where she had like nothing...

It just seems so excessive to me... I don't want those things stuffed in my bra. I never stuffed my bra as a pre-teen and I don't really want to now... So I guess I'm screwed!

Im a huge fan of the VS Angels Secret Embrace Push-Up with Lace... If you get the lace one which is the best anyways , it doesnt have riveted edges and its got the most amazing boost and fit.

I know VS does carry them, as to how good they are... no clue.
But really I think it's the only way to add more. Because no matter how awesome a bra, it can only work with what you have. And for people who don't have a lot (like me), adding extra is like the only thing. But yeah, extremes. They use them in lotsa things though!

I love those but if you get it, you'll want to go down a band size as they stretch out. It's worse with the satin ones though.

I personally prefer the VS Very Sexy Wave bra. It doesn't stretch out as much and it actually fits me like a glove. I prefer the lace from the Angels bras but the Wave ones have the best fit and push-up for me.

No, they're little silicone pads of sorts that you stick into the bra.

I totally agree. This doesn't provide as much "lift" as my agent provacateur bra which is more of a special occasion bra anyway since it's silk and the lift is like...up to my chin. Though i've been wearing it often because it's comfy. If that is what you're looking for, I highly suggest their bra's because seriously it will definately give you VS cleavage.

Anyway the biofit is a great everyday bra, I'm a c as well, and i hate when bra's have too much padding. I've got enough already! It's super comfortable and i'm always feeling myself up The fabric feels really nice - I can't help it!

Also, I know that you have mentioned Provacateur previously, but I just cannot get my self to spend the money. But it sounds like that bra that you own gives you amazing cleavage/life!

well if you can Erin try it on and see if it gives you the cleavage you are looking for. I would say the money definately matches the quality. haha yeah um without getting graphic....it can kind of go either way. If you are just standing there, no they don't really peak out like they do on the girl wearing the green one. It's more like Maggie, she doesn't peak out. I can walk and do things with no problems but i do sort of pull the bra up from time to time to make sure that doesn't happen. If you do a lot of movement, yeah....they might peak out!
