From style.com:

NEW YORK, June 29, 2007 – Rachel Roy's debut resort collection was a well-rounded affair, with options for summer outings in the city and the country. About-town choices included a crisp shirtdress and a sophisticated tie-dyed evening look that could pass for an animal print. There were long shorts paired with fine knit twinsets for casual country-wear. Roy worked predominantly in white and khaki, but she spiced things up with two bold red numbers, one in draped jersey and the other a strapless style with folds at the front and an exposed zipper at the side.

Vauu this is so unexpectedly beautiful and well done, thanks so much for posting this collection.
This is a good Resort collection.

I'm not liking the tie-dye, but the khaki jacket with the beading is really well done.

Love Rachel Roy but, not a fan of the clothes......or the model for that matter... :innocent:

did she design that all herself?

or did she hire someone to do it for her?

The dresses are cute but everything else was disappointing.

Rachel Roy's collections are always so beautiful and elegant. I just love that she's making quality daywear. Its all just the perfect style - not too dressy but not too laid back either. I'm not in love with that little headscarf (I don't like the way its tied) or the model choice (somehow she doesn't seem like the right girl) but everything looks beautiful especially for Resort.
