The new album you will be able to purchase from their website and pay WHATEVER you want. I think the minimum is like .80.

I just heard that the site crashed though. so not sure whats happening

^There is no minimum, you can type in 0.00 and you'll get the confirmation! This is such a crazy thing to do. Typical Radiohead. I was so excited yesterday (still am) I couldn't sleep.

so I have pre-ordered the download for 0.00 but im probably gonna get the box set. I just want to take a little time to reconcile spending 80.00 bucks. But basically, it was the highlight of my yesterday

When I found out I had to hop into the shower and put the cold water on because I was shaking all over. Yes, I am a die hard Radiohead fan. I ordered the download and the discbox already. Only 8 more daaayyyss!!

i heard about the online purchase of their album for no charge thing. i <3 radiohead.

I ordered it too this morning for 0.00.. I feel bad, they're the only band I like spending money on, it's silly cause they obviously don't need it.. I guess I just want to feel like I gave something back for everything they've meant to me (I'm a box of clichés tonight, how nice! ). plus I think the statement that they're making deserves some good response from the fans and a nice kick in the head to record labels.

I might be getting the box set anyway.. as my christmas treat.. is it limited edition? will it be available indefinitely?.
