It makes you sick that somebody who lied to a grand jury is going to jail? What should she get a free pass? And if so does that mean everyone should be able to lie to the jury and not worry about the consequences? Because if so, the kinds of criminals that you mention might never be convicted at all.

I don't think DirtyMartini meant it that way, Morgan38. She probably meant that people have done & gotten away with worse, thats all. Yes, what Kim did was wrong and she should pay for it as well. I really feel for the woman and wish her the best.

I think it is fair. I am tired of seeing celebrities get out of serving time or a fair punishment if they commit a crime.
