Redemption Haute Couture F/W 2019.20 Paris

Peter Dundas mixed with SL/Balmain/etc/etc/etc..

I don't mind it though.

<Cigarette vending machine voice> -"Your haute couture collection, thank you!".

The cheap-looking fabric and generic silhouettes are what pulls it right into the mall show/pageant realm. And then to slap on the couture label onto this? Yikes!

I don't mind the pants and pants suits and wish he would've went more in that direction. The rest could be Dundas or 2008 Balmain and I would be none the wiser.

I like the idea of Redemption more than it reality.
It’s like if for him, Couture means shiny fabrics and lots of details.
You can make Couture with just beautiful cotton, simple and humble fabrics.

Apart from the dress before the last look, the whole thing is trash.
