ok guys, you have all inspired to me buy another ro jacket...
i am getting this one from luisaviaroma. a first for me! how does US customs work with them?
unlike nap, pre-US site, they dont collect US duty for you. will i get a separate bill before i get jacket?

thanks for any info... ( i dont even want to think about the rate of the euro-dollar conversion...)

^ certain things are actually a little cheaper on LVR despite the Euro/$ business. For instance I ordered this dior coat from there that was around $1600 at barneys, but wound up being about $1400 on LVR.
However..... a few weeks after my package from LVR came, I got a nasty little surprise in the mail from Fedex, it was the bill for all of the customs fees. In the end, it was probably about the same price as buying in the US without tax, so def worth it.

If you call the RO shop in Paris they do phone orders, shipping is 50 euros but I do believe they declare the item as gifts/lower value.

I got the jacket i have been thinking about for a while now. I also posted these pictures in The Secret Shopaholics Thread.
The jacket is a weird colour not brown and not grey!
I really like the jacket hence the non stop thinking about it since i first saw it, however i am considering returning i am not sure why. I am a little confused!

hey all, i just got my ro spring 08 black funnel neck jacket with espresso lining, the leather is very thin and smooshy like i expected. however, get this, this model ran large IMO. i have a couple of ro size 38 jackets, very hard to find, as you all know... they all fit like a glove. they are older models from 2002.

this one is very generous. extra long sleeves, even longer than my other ro jackets, and room in the body. it is not going back to italy. hmmmm. have you all found ro generous in sizing this season?

btw, to all the girls who told me to order a 38, thanks! a 40 would not have worked. i was just freaking out that it would be too small. not the issue...........

Apparently this jacket is RO, so is it possible to have more pics of it ? Because this is the first time i've a sort of crush on a jacket and i'm seriously thinking about getting it, no matter what i have to do Do you happen to know its name if it has one, and how much it costs ?
