Rick Owens Jeans -- stretch factor

Anyone know how much rick owens jeans will stretch out? Just received a pair thru mail order which are slightly snug. Comfortable standing, bit cloying sitting down. Anyone tell me how much stretching if any I can expect?

Just looked at some of the prices at lvr tbh, not as bad as I expected.

I'm looking for a leather jacket this season.. i've loved some of RO previous ones however, from the catwalk pictures I did not see much I liked.

Maybe this one.. hopefully there be more in store..

yay pucci you should get one I'm loving mine to bits and I'm sure you will too if you get one. Anyhow, I compared prices and it seems LVR is quite a good deal.. The same jacket was £ 1097 at NAP and 1261 euro at LVR, in kroner NOK that's a difference of almost 3000 NOK! So price range at NAP is usually between 1100 - 1300 pounds and at LVR between 1200-1600 euro depending on which jacket you want!

Hi Pucci - I'm loving Rick Owens leather pieces myself. Don't be too concerned by the catwalk pieces though as the stores often stock pieces which are standard styles rather than the show pieces. Currently, Browns has on-line a very feminine RO black leather biker jacket - a classic piece - which I highly recommend for around 900 GBP.

For this jacket.. I think it's really classic like you said, I just hope it fits me right I often have trouble with designer jackets being too long on the arms.

I'm almost sure that the sleeves are going to be long. You can get away with it though...just bunch them up. The knit part will look amazing with that look

Been wanting a leather jacket by Rick Owens for so long, and nothing has really 'grabbed' me this season.. so I saw it.. and had to have it!!!

Caffeine, I know the arms will be a bit long, let's just hope it won't look silly.. you know.. there is a fine line..

And I also hope he runs small I has to order a 36 I'm usually a 34 in jackets.

I'm so happy.

I am glad you acted on my advice and I hope it fits you. Typically, RO cuts on the small side particularly around shoulders and chest. The arms are supposed to be long so that you can scrunch them up a bit. I love the style of this jacket and am seriously considering getting it myself. It's both tough and feminine at once and a classic Owens piece, he did it for the spring too. If you are after another Owen's jacket check out Harvey Nichols in London they got a darling cropped shearling jacket which is soo amazing but more wintery than the Browns jacket. I really hope you love it when it arrives - please post pics..
