Oooh, that is a sensational photo of Patti and Keith! Never seen it before.
Keith always does so well in photo shoots with his women - Anita in the 60's and 70's - and Patti in the 80's.

Looking at him and Patti together makes me think how sad it is that Anita never dated anyone seriously or got married after she and Keith split up. I feel sorry for her.

^^Ah yes, Keith has a knack of posing with his women. He always looks incredible in pictures with them.
I agree about Anita. I guess it was pretty hard to find a suitable partner after Keith... Very big shoes to fill for any mortal man!

I just got some very sad news. Sable Starr died this weekend. She is gone and this is FOR SURE news. I heard it from a friend of a friend.
Poor girl!
She was very sick.

omg! so she was sick, what she had? too bad, she was just 50. my two favorite groupies died with the same age... that's so sad. actually, i'm in shock.

I just heard from Legs McNeil that Sable passed away.
I was just going through some photos of her and Johnny the other day.
How sad.

She died of cancer, while in her sleep, last Friday. She was only 51 and was living in Nevada at the time.
I don't know what type of cancer she succumbed to.

She died of brain cancer. So young. It's so sad!

Bebe Buell also wrote this tribute to Sable on facebook:

She has several brain tumors- small ones. It was too late to do anything once she found out. She was not alone- she had her BF and her daughter. Her attitude was good and she went peacefully. Just went to sleep on Friday night- April 17th- and never woke up. I will always remember this 15 year old girl running up to me at The Hyatt House in 1973 screaming "you are Godhead!!" I said "what's that?". Her reply was "Supreme Itness".
I'll never forget her. That whole time inspired the first song on my new album "When We Were Godhead"....I wish she was here to hear it.
