this is awesome! i'm glad to see so many people have participated!
is anyone else going to add something?
i guess i can judge this Friday (Saturday for some people) ??
took me longer than i thought
there is quite a lot of people this round!
anyway here it goes...
le go garcon 84 - i like her face very much! in a way you made it so it's kind of an outfit for an older woman than a rebel
seanutbutter - nice that you had your own take with the design! and also there is a bit of narrative.. i hope to see more of your stuff
yogini108 - love the jacket! the shading makes it look like it's made of tweed. like how you painted the skirt too
muxu - actually this is pretty good, so don't say that lol. i like the idea you have there with the hand and feet in the.. black hole haha
sandraJH - great detailing everywhere, love the lines and texture. what kind of pencil are you using ? reminds me of willow charcoal
amberdemure - quite interesting.. love the blur a lot actually, so it's great you dont have a scanner! i like her expression and her jacket does look like leather
grunged - great you were able to do it on computer! i like how you did the zippers and the skirt especially.. kinda looks like leaves
kushie - very simple, right to the point! too bad i could not see more detail.. maybe something wrong with the link. I hope you do more!
titania - looks so cool, the motorcycle finishes it off really well and definitely adds something. she makes me think of Natasha Fatale!
fourboltmain - love the face and how you separated it from the clothes by using pencil. everything still has this nice hard edge to it--i think the clothes are like that
khoipond - very light and casual, looks very fun! it's a bit dark to see the detail, but i think it is just my computer.. this would look great as its own poster!
the winner i choose is ... fourboltmain !!
i think it fits the idea of the outfit.. the way you drew the lines, the grunginess, the serious face, it's all tough and great for the piece. congrats!
Congrats fourboltmain!
Thanks for the review...I do get what you mean about the detailing...I was kinda worried that there was no depth to the jacket...I think it could've used more contrasts..
