Trevor Stones is a stylist and has never taken a fashion photo as far as I know......

Lets see if the cover is lifted or shot exclusively......

Well, Russh have never reused another magazine's cover or editorials, so I doubt they'd start now.

They were in NY a couple of months ago, (see Noreen C's cover), so they probably shot Anja's cover while they were there too.
