Saint Laurent Menswear F/W 2025.26 Paris

Truly wondering how well those boots will sell. They aren't that functional for everyday wear.
I loved the set, the chandeliers placed upon the ground were gorgeous.

It seems like we've only seen incremental build out of looks that started a couple/few seasons back. And new elements get added to that same look. I was once very excited to see what would be shown, but now I am growing a bit unphased.

Love Love Loveeee the fisherman boots, reminded me of Prada Fall 2009 (Miuccia missed the opportunity to design some for the men's collection that season!)

Every season people gag over the same oversized suit in a styling exercise. He has really found the cheat code, bc you’ll find these looks in an average CSM communication student portfolio.

Same suits with same fit as last seasons paired with fisherman thigh high leather boots to fool attendees / people that they are actually new and coming from a different collection. Anthony, are you serious?
I am guilty, just shopped today 7 pieces from the Spring Summer lookbook, I ll probably buy from this one.
But there definitely are micro-changes in cut and fabrics you can only spot on the store floor. They aren't noticeable in lookbooks and shows.
Shows are not necessary to the collection, they only serve the brands images.

his menswear are nothing ground breaking but you can't say its not desirable and wearable. They are safe pieces you can easily add to your wardrobe.

I didn't even realize I was watching a fashion show until look 10, when I suddenly thought, 'Oh, right.' The opening looks seem irrelevant and the whole show featured absurdly styled and poorly fitting garments.

AV simply cannot do SLP Homme. The pieces are both unwearable and dull. A rare talent to achieve such a feat simultaneously

^^^ Absolutely rooster feathers. Kind of cool.

But Anthony couldn’t be more of the ultimate basic b!tch LOL Just a handful of boxy Canali suits, throw over another handful of boxier Andrew Marc leather bombers and trenches… Too obviously no-effort, so make the minimum effort with leather fishing boots for editorial-baiting… Still too one-trick gimmicky. Finally make the effort for some rooster-feather coats and shrugs. It’s all so customey. Kering will take care of the production to create that thin illusion of grandeur. I’m sure the campaigns will cast some cool fashion icons and look solid enough. Eh. Zzzzzzzz.

1 summery beige blazer, with shirt and darker brown trousers
1 grey prince of wales blazer, with the silk striped shirt and black trousers .
All very similar of what I already have.
I m waiting for a total prince of wales look too. Silk charmeuse shirt and wool pants, with a scarf.
No belts no shoes for the moment.
I'd like the Y Cabas but can't choose a colourway.
