Salons in LA

I'm going on a trip to Beverly Hills soon and always wanted a great hair cut from a well known salon. Has anyone ever been to Jose Eber and had their hair cut by him? Is there anyone else I should consider? I tried Chris McMillian but he'll be out of town when I'm there.

Also since they charge about $500 for a haircut do I still need to give at least 20% tip??

Looking for your favorite stylist in Los Angeles!

Hello... I am looking for a stylist in the Los Angeles area. I have had the same basic hairstyle for who knows how long now (medium length, straight with long layers) and am looking to get the multi layered, side swept bang cut that Reese Weatherspoon currently wears... I would love a stylist reccomendation for the Los Angeles/West Hollywood area.
