Actually to me she looks more like she was before when I first noticed her? I think her cheek bones got more prominent around the time she began to get sick, no? (I could be wrong though as I was only a Gemma fan at the time and only noticed Sasha because I would get confused -- "Wait...why does Gemma look so...wild here?" .) I think she looks beautiful and well-contented now. Like she's enjoying all the money she got for the Bergdorf catalogue . Not really like Stam -- I think that's only the weird camera lighting and make-up.
