Searching for a MaxMara Gown. Please help!

I fell in love with a GORGEOUS MaxMara Dress back in 1999-2001 (I forget the exact year). But it was a black sleeveless top attached to a cream colored silk dress with back calligraphy up the side.

Does anyone know this dress? I've been searching for years for it (My parents wouldn't spend the $1500 at the time since I was still in high school).
