Sessilee Lopez

Yayy im glad to see her showing her latin roots. Can't wait to see the cover

I loved the backstage pictures :flower:
And look at the second black and white picture, it looks like one from her Vogue Italia ed from August 2008 (the Black Issue).

^ Now that you mention VI I wish Miesel would have done something simular like that Classy BS shot with Sessilee and Jourdan.

that ed plus her latest couture pics prove that she's the most versatile model out there. she can go from sexy bombshell to innocent waif to hard-edged androgyne in the blink of an eye.

Sessilee and Jourdan look like close friends. They should do a editorial together!

Great to see her in Latina magazine, all the shots are really gorgeous!!

Yeah she looks great for Gustavo Lins! Even though I'm not really feeling the shoes and shirt.

"Modeling is such a competitive business," Lopez says. "Some girls get territorial; others get stressed out and start doing drugs to keep the weight off..."

Sessilee On Working with Tyra Banks:

"I was like a sponge when I worked with her," Lopez says. "She told me, 'You have to let the public as well as the fashion world know who you are.'"

Sessilee On being a Dominican model:

"Fashion is very black and white," she says. "It doesn't pay attention to heritage much. They don't see me as a Dominican girl. They just see the color of my skin. It can be hard, because it's your heritage and you want to be appreciated for it, but it's just modeling, so I don't let it get to me.
