I think this is a great idea. From what I understood, research of heart diseases are usually concentrate on men. People are not aware that it's a number 1 death cause of women too.

Anyway, here're my outfits with red.

I practically never wear red, well I do have hat with some red in it that I wear almost everyday, but that's basically it. (I'll try and take a pic of me wearing it at some point). But I did find this pic on my computer, of me wearing a thrifted shirt with red details, I don't think I've worn it for about a year, but now I feel like doing so again
