Simona's blog is called
Blonde over blue because she's got blond hair and blue eyes. Direct to the point. It inspired us our first idea of title as she recently went for much lighter eye-brows. Blond hair and blond brows, blonde over blonde. Very often with a much darker aura by the way, to add a few more mystery to the portrait. This takes us to the second part of our final title. Coming from her attitude in backstage, her almost strange appeal (obviously cute features mixed to an incredible poise), her playful yet very serious and even quite melancholic look. Let's say we were completely "simonized" at the end of the fashion week. There is something adorable in her, in her outfits or the fact she eats slices of cuncumber waiting for her hair to be done. She looks like she just went out from a cartoon or like a ballerina escaped from her music box. So sweet yet much of a complex beauty. Even a complicated beauty. The kind that won't fit everywhere, also the kind that fits extremely well at some specific places. In other words, the epitome of a
Marc Jacobs or even more a
Marc by Marc girl. Girly at first time, with much feelings between the lines. She's the supplement of soul in NY's castings and a real darling in London where she had a super season. Milan proved we were right, she can't fit everywhere but always gets the most precious bookings -
Antonio Marras, our favorite there and
Sportmax. In Paris again, she was simply perfect for the runways she walked and got
Issey Miyake again. Same in editorials, she leaves her very own mark, even some suprises from time to time and we think one of her next story to come will be that kind. Always bringing her own touch.
Chantale Nadeau who discovered her might be very proud of the model we still consider as her most incredible find so far.
