the new album is coming out, can't remember when, but I cannot wait for it to leak!. I read (can't remember where either ) that it's going to be some sort of continuation of Sonic Nurse.. I'll be very happy if it's true..

SY is amazing live. I have been to three of their shows, and they blew me away each time. They just have so much energy... watching Kim dance/freak out is a sight to see.

Have fun at the show. You won't want it to end.

Did anyone get The Eternal?, I've been listening to it for a couple days, it's definitely not my favorite SY album but I think it's quite unique.. relaxing even. So many great releases this year so far.

^ I've only listened to it once through, and there are some cool sounds on there. I like that they did something different and that there are lot of slower numbers. I hope it'll grow on me with more listens.

Btw, there is an article in the new Nylon (Karen O cover) on Kim and Thurston's and their home. It's pretty interesting.

The only song I've heard from The Eternal is the one on SY's MySpace, "Sacred Trickster". I really like it and am anxious to listen to the rest of the album. Have you guys downloaded it or something since it isn't released til Tuesday?

rollagasper-- Thanks for the info on the Nylon article. I rarely buy the magazine anymore, but I will definitely be checking out this issue.
