The Spring Collection of Prada bags are online @ Neimans. I think they are so cute.

not feeling them.... nothing special. they look kinda cheap, like something i could buy from the gap or target or something.

cute, but i'd much prefer a pair of the shoes in your icon... :winkiss:

for like 100 they're cute...i'd use the boat one as a schoolbag

yeah those are very uninspiring and the one looks like a Rafe bag. I also would rather have a pair of those louboutins!

Woah, what a dissappointment. The pink one looks extra tacky and the last red and yellow one looks like something my little sister would have...

where are the rich colors from the ads? i dont like this...i hope this is just the beginning of stock & better things will be coming...:(

The designs look generic and there doesn't seem to be any iconic style which you can remember from Prada this season.

Not my cup of tea :flower:

I read in Vogue that Prada are going big on Seventies prints this season
More like seventies WALLPAPER

And the little ties at the sides are very disappointing - too reminiscent of a Theda bag.
I would have hoped for something more original from Prada - they seem to be turning into DKNY.

Exactly LariatGal!! You have managed to succinctly describe my thoughts on those bags - thought they were just a mish mash of styles from other houses.

Last years bag which featured the 1950's style prints was totally unoriginal also. The shape of the bag was Hermes and the print was Marni.
Marks and Spencers did VERY well from the knockoffs of that bag.

It looks to me like the buyer for Neiman’s is to blame...not Prada. Prada makes tons of handbags every season, and only some of them make it to the US. The top two look like they’re aiming for the Pucci, Etro market which is very big in the States now. The middle left looks kind of Kate Spade or Coach. I'm sure these choices in design were made to appease the American market. I find people on this forum to be a little more Euro in their tastes...anyone who makes it over to Italy should check out what Prada does over there. There is some overlap, but there are some bags that will never make it across the Atlantic!

I find that Neiman's always carries boring Prada, or models you can find at a markdown elsewhere.;)

the blue one is ok..(but i realized that i like those bc of the color, not bc of the design) everything else is so.. weird.
