Actually, how can someone become VIP at LV? By Buying their whole stock?

And is it possible to get bags BEFORE they are officially released? Like that pappilon
Actually, some Ebay sellers, like monaco-babe, get a lot of their stuff from the stores in France. Some of the items that come out there, either never make it to the US, or come out late. I found this out just because I was curious as to how she acquired some of the items she has sold. Some very unique pieces I must say!

Also, regarding the prices on auctions being low with no reserve. My sister and I buy many bags from Louis Vuitton, and sell them on Ebay for a small profit. We start all auctions off at $1 No Reserve, (this makes it much more fun, and you usually get a lot more bids and a higher price this way), and if it is about to end under what we paid for it, we just close the auction early and relist it. It's just a tactic to get more bids. So don't let that determine a real or fake on Ebay, because a lot of other sellers use this same technique.

I agree with Murakami Princess, i sell things off ebay sometimes like shoes for example and by starting at a low price with No reserve, it definitely encourages people to bid for your item. Things which start at really high prices dont seem to attract many bidders usually.

I am considering saving up for a LV Suhali L'Imprivisable. For half the price I could get a basic Hermes bag (would probably go with a Vespa). My question to those of you who own pieces from the collection.... is it worth it? Am I better off going with something from Hermes? Thanks in advance.

Matt

here is the l'imprevisible:

i know i'd much rather have the L'EXTRAVAGANT

...in black :crush:

I have a white Le Fabuleux and I simply say GO FOR IT
Suhali bags are absolutely beautiful with amazing craftsmanship and quality.
I think I'm also getting the L'Ingenieux PM

and I basically don't like any Hermes bag besides Birkin and Kelly :(

I'm not fond of the hardware, it's much too fussy and grotesque to be a men's bag. It reminds me of a cheap caricature of a priate's treasure box.

I agree with Orochian.. the Suhali collection doesn't seem to suit men (I'm assuming you're male... Matt, but correct me if I'm wrong). I'd think you're better off with a more unisex Hermes :flower:

wait a min, are we talking about Suhali for men?
then NO WAY I say  :ninja:

I have to be honest, I thought the exact same thing before. But on Saturday I saw a guy walking down Madison with one, and it worked. If you think about it the L'Impervisible is really just a simple vertical tote, almost looks like a business bag. Either way, I will probably end up going with something Hermes just because I really am more of an Hermes person. Thanks for the input.

Matt (and no that hasnt somehow become a unisex name, I'm a male)

I like this bag, but i'd like it better minus the studs, too much gold hardware sends me dizzy, though i still like it, just not for me so much. :innocent:

for a man?
def NONE of -the bags posted. i find them really not pretty on men

As long as you don't call it your man purse I see nothing wrong with getting a Hermes. My friend's aunt's extremely flamboyant boyfriend has a LV and he refers to it as a man purse. It also has a sleeping bag.

i know this is an old topic, but i had to post this......

i hadn't seen this from the suhali line before, and i think i'm in love with it ..... just maybe not in white...

anyone know anything about it (like, if white is the only color it comes in )..? it's not on the site, or anything .. my sister mentioned it to me + then sent me the pics... i'm sure it costs an arm + a leg....
