LV Suhali L'Aimable

What do you guys think of this bag? I was trying to decide between it and a Chanel 2.55, but I was thinking the L'Aimable looks a little bit more unique. And what color would you get?

I think the red is very beautiful, and I've always wanted a red bag, but I was thinking the red/gold combo might be a bit over the top (I'm only a 20 year old student). The white is beautiful as well, although I might save white for the Chanel 2.55 sometime in the future, I don't know.

So far I'm leaning towards the blue because it seems the most versatile. Please give me some advice! I love beautiful designer bags but being a student, I need to look at each choice as an investment!

Between the two, the Chanel is timeless...The Suhali is timeless but it has a certain flash to it that the Chanel doesnt. Chanel is eternal elegance while Suhali is eternal glamor.

If I had to choose a color it would be black, Id pick red but I fear it isnt very versatile...

Honestly, I'm not a fan - something about it screams "bling" and I'm not sure why...

I'd go with the Chanel - you'll be able to carry it for the rest of your life.

Thank you ladies. BTW, if it matters at all, I already have a black Chanel, it's the smaller/longer (than the 2.55) classic flap bag that came out this spring.

I have onced owned this Suhali bag but in the now-discontinued Plum. I adored it but ultimately let it go. After a coupla months, I bought a Chanel Black Caviar 2.55 to replace the L'Aimable as my "Special Date" bag. The Suhali, as lovely as it was, never really made me swoon like the Chanel...

But if you are really hankerin' to get the L'Aimable, my vote would be for the white. It is so classy.

Both are nice, but neither of then really have the "wow" factor for me... I'd go with the black or blue though, depending on your wardrobe.

White, blue and then black. I love the look of this. It dresses an outfit up. The Chanel is also nice, but if you already own a Chanel I would go with this.

Anyway, I'd rather choose the Chanel 2.55 over this bag. I dont like this design as much, but colorwise I'd go for cream or black definitely.
