i think almost all the celebs posted in this thread look much better without makeup..... or at least with minimal makeup.....
now if only i looked best with no makeup.....

its funny, when my skin was at its worse, ill wouldnt leave the house without full war paint, but now its got a little better with maturation, i only wear a light-reflective tinted moisturiser, mascara and a little blusher, and although my spots are still visible, i get complimented loads more than when i was in full on celeb style mask.

i think many stars could benefit from celebs such as liv and sienna, and letting their natural beauty shine through limited enhancement.

I think we tend to forget that some of the younger gals - Ashley, Sienna - probably SHOULD look better without makeup. They're young, their skin is fresh... I just don't go crazy when I see a nice natural pic of them because they're still young.

I agree with that! I wish I looked better too.

I think that when some celebs wear makup ,they wear too much. Jessica Simpson, for example, tends to goop it on (well...her makeup artist does anyway) when she goes to events and sometimes looks like a drag queen. Yet in Newlyweds when she was wearing no makeup, she looked incredible. As seen above, there are always exceptions...some celebs are down right frightening without it!

Here is a scan of a pic of Vanessa Paradis. I don't know why I post this pic because I'm a fan and that is defenitely not the best pic of her (she is rather ugly there I must say ). She's very pale-looking and always had dark circles around her eyes even when she was young. But she got Johnny so I guess this kind of pic is rather reassuring for girls who are insecure about their looks...
