Steaming

Hi I steam twice a week and I was wondering how you guys all do it? Like is there a particular way? and do you use anything special?

What do you mean by steam? As in you steam your face right? Or are we talking about sauna?

hehe thanks for that explanation I love doing that!! I have this special "thing" ehmm dunno what it's called , but it gives of lots and lots of steam for the face. I tend to add special drops to it too. Different drops do different things, although sometimes I just feel like water. How do you do it ???

When I steam, I use herbs. Usually camomile because I find it really calms you down.

i've only used camomile which was really soothing but otherwise...I haven't tried anything else..just use water

foolish question guys -- how do you actually go about doing so? only using a special machine thing, right?

not quite sure wat you mean but i just meant using hot water and a towel over ur head to clean out your pores

ms.prissy.....you can just boil water, pour it into a bowl/sink, etc, then drape a towel over your head and lean over the water to allow the steam to rise up and onto your face....

I have a face steamer like this. Its really great. It god when you have a cold you can add a drop of albas oil and it clears you up.

Ok This is going to sound stupid but i got myn from argos. You can get them in any electrical shop eg. currys dixons etc. They'vecome down in price so much recently they can be picked up very cheaply now.

I just use myn with water add camomile if i need relaxing or olbas oil if im stuffy.
For normal skin you can use Mandarin and Lavender. for oily use Lemon and Eucalyptus.
and if its dry try rose water. Try googling it you may find more reasults that way !! hope ive helped.
