When I saw that Carine styled this, I was like "OMG, I thought Carine and Meisel never worked together". But I checked the credits and the fashion editor is actually Paul Cavaco.

^They worked together back in 2001 for Yves Saint Laurent campaign with Kim Peers if I'm not mistaken.
and I'm pretty sure I've already seen their names associated in a fashion story, just can't find anything now.
