See, I was never a fan of Stila for things outside of eye and lip/cheek. The foundations and powders never gave me the finish or color match I was looking for and the tinted moisturizer broke me out badly. Sad times!

I agree, I'm not a fan so much of their skin care/foundation but I absolutely love their eyeshadows, liners, and to a lesser degree their lipsticks. I like how natural the Stila look is. Its hard to find eyeshadow with a slight shimmer instead of big chunky glitter bits. Their palettes are really good too.

Yes, I have a lot of their older palettes. I miss them. I loved the Lookbooks and the Matchbooks they used to put out.

Now I find they are just including the same colors in their newer palettes. Boring.

What's with Stila these days? They've pulled out of practically every department store, and is only available at beauty stores and on their site.

Since they've been sold to a smaller independent brand, they don't have the pull EL had when they were owned by them.

I have been really really disappointed with Stila. They just aren't the brand they used to be. I haven't purchased any of their products in such a long time. The older stuff is so far superior.

They give their stuff away on YouTube for reviewers which I think is pretty lame.

Stila really has some great packages available for the holidays... if you go to their website and click on their "best sellers" you'll see a variety of great gift ideas... I know I have my eye on the "gift of appreciation" grouping..
