I haven't found a topic but maybe it already exists... (if it does I'm sorry to repeat it... maybe you can tell me where is it)

The thing is: I'm always changing of body lotion... i guess I'm never completely happy with one or another...

(personal note: i would really appreciate suggestions about good body lotions but i will check out the brand as I try to avoid products that have been animal tested...)

...but well other than my personal choices... i think it could be a good topic to point out nice body lotions that maybe are knew or we haven't try them as they are so many brands that is quite impossible to do... :D

thanks on advance:flower::flower:

Last I knew, Avon doesn't animal-test-and their Naturals lotions are amazing. To me, a good body lotion is one that has fragrance true to the name, so the cucumber melon truly smells like cucumber and melon. When I worked at Bath & Body Works, I loved the CO Bigelow lemon body cream, and that is not animal-tested either. It also has no added fragrance-all the fragrance is from the lemon oil.

^Thanks lots Trista :flower: those seem pretty good ones to try!!

Cocoa Butter everytime its the best and lasts long

OMG I am addicted to Bath & Body Works' cucumber melon lotion and body wash. :D I love light, fruity smells, so I prefer this over VS lotions.

I like vanilla/coconut/milky scented things. White coloured scents I guess :lol: My favourite is Bath & Body Works warm vanilla sugar :heart:

^aww sorry to hear that. Honestly, though, it's cheap and gentle on the skin. Great to just have around the house.

You can try other oils too... Jojoba works really well on the skin, and you don't have to worry about animal cruelty or testing either :smile:

St. Ives FresH20 Body Lotion smells fresh and absorbs into the skin very quickly leaving it soft and smooth!
Also, Burt's Bees Milk & Honey lotion is simply divine, one of my favorites!

I dislike lotions, I like the more gel-like formulas... Oh, and preferable something non-scented. Any recommendations?

I love these Aquolina body lotions

If you like something moisturizing and thick, good ol' drugstore brands work fine! If you like gellish, light-weight moisturizers, the cherry blossom lotion from the body shop works well (I know they don't test on animals).

I love good old Palmers Cocoa butter, it's great for smoothing marks and making you look flawless.

Yeah...but they make me itch like CRAZY because their body lotions are so scented. I wish I could find something with the texture of The Body Shop's body lotion, sans parfume.

Don't they make one without perfume? I thought I saw one where you could buy an unscented lotion and add your own fragrance to it.
