suggestions for a good body lotion

Yeah...but they make me itch like CRAZY because their body lotions are so scented. I wish I could find something with the texture of The Body Shop's body lotion, sans parfume.

Oh my gosh that sucks! Is there such thing as aloe vera body lotion? Because all the aloe vera creams (for the face) I've tried so far are extremely lightweight and non-greasy.

Palmer's Cocoa Butter lotion. It is the best I've ever tried. They don't test on animals.

my recent discovery is vaseline cocoa butter bodylotion
yummy stuff !

I love everything from the Body Shop. but my favourite is the Olive Body Butter cuz my legs and arms get really dry and this keeps them moisturized for a very long time.

I have found I prefer oils to lotions and palmers do an oil version of the cocoa butter, it sinks in way faster.

Nivea Firming Lotion is great, of course it doesn't firm anything up but it does make my skin nice and soft.
Palmer's Cocoa Butter and their gradual self-tan are also lotions I like.
Clarins Moisture-Rich Body Lotion is great if you feel like splurging. I tend to go through lotions quickly.
I used to love TBS Mango Body Butter for the smell alone.
Jurlique Rose Body Oil and Dr Hauschka Rose Body Oil are similar to each other and smell amazing.
Otherwise I like plain old olive oil, I just put some in a bottle and rub on just before I hop out of the shower.

i didn't know palmer's did a gradual self tan..they don't have that here in the uk. would love to try it.

Ugh I actually believed it would make my skin firm so I used it for 2 months, but to no effect. That's what I get for thinking a lotion can actually tone my skin.

The Body Shop didn't have unscented bodylotion :(

But I did buy the Biotherm Lait Corporel, 400 ml of it  It's really light and even though it does have a scent, it's citrus oil which doesn't make me itch (yet)

My fave is CeraVe moisturizing cream. It's the best moisturizer I've ever used. It's non scented too which is nice.

In summer sometimes I put on Palmer's Body Oil, it's a mix of sesame oil and cocoa butter I think...It leaves me like an oil slick but it smells good and sinks in after a while.

So I need a recommendation for a thick and rich body lotion. One that's suitable for winter when my skin gets really dry and flaky! Preferably not a lotion with too many "shady" ingredients... (Has anybody tried Nuxe's body lotion btw?)

^Thank you so much! I always feel a lot more comfortable when I buy organic or semi-organic products

Oh and Ida, I'm gonna buy one of Nuxe's thicker lotions + the oil soon!
