Great video, and I also love Magritte and his word works.

Anyone know any contemporary art, especially photography, in which surrealism is a feature? My boyfriend has to do an essay on it and is a bit stuck.

Went to see this exhibition a few weeks ago and it was brilliant. Strongly recommend anyone who can get there who hasnt already been to go see it! Lots of interesting artefacts, dresses etc. I especially liked the first room where they had the theatre costumes designed by de Chirico or Giacometti...can't remember which!

5AvenueMarceau - My mind is blank but I think that Surrealism always penetrates artwork nowadays to some degree especially I think in artists that specialise in installations. Maybe, Richard Wilson could be relevant to this as he plays on illusion quite a bit.
