Yeah,he is a real fashion icon here,but not over exposed like other celebrities does,he is really media shy,never talks much in front of media.I remembered he used to be Prada's spokesman long time ago,i will try to find the pic.BTW,have you seen any of his movies yet?:rolleyes:

I've seen House of flying daggers. Beautiful cinematography- I have it on DVD. What else has he been in?

I have another question I hope doesn't offend anyone...did he grow up in China or Japan?
Is it difficult for people who have a background like his growing up?

Hes grew up in Taiwan,he worked as a model and a singer in Taiwan,also made some movies in HongKong.few years later he gave up his career and went to japan to restart it over,after plays in some popular TV series,he focused his career back to Taiwan and China again,thats what he is today---a professional actor.I guess it may be a little difficulties during his growing since his dad is japanese and his mom is chinese,his dad left them when takeshi was little so he was brought up by his mother in taiwan.But he never talks anything about that like racialism issues or his childhood.I remembered he said something like this:"its funny when im in japan people think im taiwanese,when im in taiwan people think im japanese,i guess im international folk"

I saw him once in person. He's very shy.

I like him in "心動" directed by Sylvia Chang. A sad movie about first love. (Gigi is terrible in that movie.)
