Sorry, but being 17 is no excuse for bratty behaviour. There are loads of teenagers far more talented than she is who have a wise head on their shoulders. She isn't even out-of-this-world talented to warrant this behaviour.

I mean, the antics and gigs might've been able to stake claim to some ounce of credibility had she burst into the scene out of the blue, attitude and all, and blew everyone away with her music. What makes her a farce is that, you know, it seems as though she woke up one day, realised that she wasn't anything special and would be lost to anonymity sooner than later unless she stirred things up a bit and get some attention, and began to dress like a sl*t and shoot her mouth off about rock and roll. She's an attention-wh*re and nothing else who's got delusions of her own importance. Sorry, but not all teenagers are THAT self-delusional or self-important, even the talented ones. I'm sure these articles won't bother Taylor in the slightest, if anything, they'll only boost her sense of importance. This is exactly what she wants: publicity, so that she can then go ahead and scoff and say I don't give a f**k, let them say what they want.

She acts this way because it's a proven strategy for making money. It's pretty simple. There's an entire publishing industry completely centered around the spectacle of people we hate. Heidi and Spencer are the most flagrantly obvious example of this but there are tons of others out there. And it's obviously working for her; you think GG alone would've gotten her the Galliano campaign?

Omg, Penn and taylor are certainly NOT in the same category . Please, Penn is a grown-up nice guy, I have no idea why some people don't like him. Taylor acts like a spoiled stupid teenager, I don't see how Penn fits into that category .

On the galliano ad: very typical, but at least the raccoon eyes look a bit more sophisticated..

OMG, that just made my day, I'd never heard that about Penn before I think I was on the same forum, haha.

Taylor's album still isn't out yet in my country. But that song is wonderful, didn't know there were any songs on the record that weren'r rock 'n roll.

A lot of people (me included) go through a phase as teens when they'll think looking sexy in a provocative way and saying anything that passes their minds will make them the coolest person on Earth.
Luckily, I have 2 older brothers who convinced me it was a dumb, embarrassing thing to do and made fun of me anytime I acted like a stupid teenager.
I wish Taylor had older brothers too, or at least someone she looks up to that would tell her to sit down for a minute
