To those who know Italian (or are Italian), how do you pronounce Gnocchi? My friend came up with the weirdest pronunciation.

It's a bit difficult to explain the way we pronounce the "gn"...it's like "ñ" in spanish (i.e., "España") or "nh" in portuguese (i.e. "Toquinho"). The rest of the word is pronounced "awk-key".
