Teach me your language I teach you mine

I love the sound of Italian and Spanish:D
My mom (she's indian) sometimes teaches me Hindi, but Hindi is very hard for me:doh:

Talking about sounds, I too like a lot both italian and spanish, though probably my favourite languages are french (Paris/northern accent better than southern though), russian (regardless of my huge  for S. Petersburg, I'd choose Moscow accent  ) and portuguese as spoken in Brazil ^_^ :flower:
Oh, and I also like a lot english/aussie accent! ;)

p.s.
I'd  to learn japanese! ...but I'm afraid I've run out of space in the "HD for difficult languages" of my brain :( ...learning german, I forgot all the finnish I knew, and learning russian I forgot most of my german. And now I really DON'T want to have to go back studying russian grammar from scratch  (uchenik, uchenika, ucheniku,... ), so I doubt I'm gonna learn any more difficult languages...("difficult" to me, at least...maybe I could learn spanish and portuguese better than I do now, after all they're VERY close to italian and therefore definetely very easy for us). ;) :flower:

Thank you all. So I'm right :p

A silly friend was told a funny pronunciation (and a vulgar one at that!) and I couldn't believe it, as I self-studied Italian for a while and it doesn't make total sense.

I'm not sure about the "vulgar" part  ...unless you mean the word that results substituting the final "-hi" with an "-a". Then it becomes dialect/slang from an italian region (Emilia-Romagna, where Bologna, Parma & Rimini are) that indicates... err...female parts...and it's also used as a synonym to "beautiful girl/woman".... ...but it doesn't sound very vulgar in Italy, it's more like a funny word, and definetely more polite than many other "slang" synonyms...

;) :flower:

I always use Moscow accent when speaking Russian...i sound so posh...

Thank you very much fashionbutterfly.......I was always fascinated with the Arabic language (since my Grnadmother learn how to speak, read, and write it perfectly). At least now I know the two most important phrases (for me) in Arabic
